Survive every gameweek

Pick carefully, submit on time, and save the strongest teams for when you need them most.

The essentials

Three rules to remember

Pick one team
Choose one team from the current gameweek. That team must win its match to keep you in the league.
Never use a team twice
Once you select a team, it is unavailable for the rest of that Game. Your teams reset when the next Game starts.
Survive the result
A win takes you into the next gameweek — or, in Loser League mode, a loss does. A draw eliminates you in both modes.

Two ways to play

Pick your league's mode

A league's mode is chosen once, when it's created, and can't be changed afterward.

Win to Survive
The classic mode. Your team must win its match to keep you in the league. A draw or a loss eliminates you.
Loser League
The mirror mode. Your team must lose its match to keep you in the league. A draw or a win eliminates you.

The hard deadline

Before the gameweek starts

Your pick must be submitted before the first fixture kicks off. The exact deadline follows the schedule, so it can fall on any day or time.

You may change your team before the deadline. When the gameweek starts, all submitted picks are locked. If you have not submitted a pick, you are eliminated from the current Game.

Game flow

From joining to winning

  1. 1

    Join a season-long league

    Public leagues are always open. Private leagues require their invite link. If the current Game's pick window is open, you enter it immediately; otherwise you join automatically in the next Game.

  2. 2

    Make your gameweek pick

    Select one eligible team that you have not used before. You can follow your saved picks and used teams from the league dashboard. Teams you used in older Games are available again.

  3. 3

    Wait for the result

    If your selected team wins, you survive. If it draws or loses, you are eliminated. Postponed matches do not automatically eliminate you; abandoned or cancelled matches are held for review.

  4. 4

    Keep going

    Survivors repeat the process with a different team in the next gameweek. When only one player remains, that player wins the Game. A new Game starts automatically at the next available gameweek, with every league member back in contention.

  5. 5

    Win the season standings

    Every Game win counts toward the league's season table. Most Game wins ranks first; tied players are separated by total gameweeks survived across all Games, with a shared rank if still tied.

Finals tiebreaker

When both finalists lose

If exactly two players reach the deciding gameweek and both are eliminated, the winner is the player whose previously selected teams scored the most total goalsacross their selected matches.

Example

Player A's earlier selections scored 10 goals in total. Player B's scored 3. If both lose the final gameweek, Player A wins.

The deciding gameweek's goals are not included. If the previous goal totals are equal, both players are declared joint winners.

In Loser League mode, the winner is instead whoever's earlier picks scored the fewest total goals — the exact mirror of the rule above.
